Term loans are loans that are fully termed out to at least a year or more with payment schedules set on a weekly, monthly and sometimes quarterly basis.  Mode of payments can be set up as such that customers are allowed to pay interest only for the initial period of the project and principal including interest thereafter.  Term loans are the most common type of financing the Bank has had extended since its establishment.
