The Bank is working on its own direct housing loan program and will be made available in the near future.  Presently, housing loans are facilitated through an arrangement with the United States Rural Economic Development Community Services also know as RD.  With this arrangement, the bank facilitates the qualification and application process.  RD finances 80 to 100 percent of the home cost.  In cases where only 80% is provided by RD, the Bank shall provide the remaining 20 percent.
