Nora Sigrah Legal Counsel

The Senior Management is comprised of President and Chief Executive Officer, A Senior Vice President, A Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Lending Officer. These four positions are charged to implement the mandates of the Board. Assisting the Senior Management and the Board on legal and compliance matters, the bank employs an In-House Legal Counsel and an Internal Auditor respectively. The branch offices each have a Branch Manager who supervises the Branch daily operations. As of December 31, 2006 the Bank employed a total of 35 employees.
