- All Forms must be submitted to Administration office addressed to Crystal Sana-Ekichy, Branch Manager at FSMDB Chuuk Office in a sealed envelope marked BID ON CAR. Forms may also be submitted thru email: chuuk@fsmdb.fm
- All forms must be submitted on or before 5:00 p.m., November 14, 2022.
- All bids must be claimed within 24 hours after notice is given. If the winning bidder fails to remit payment within the required time, the award will be granted to the next highest bidder and the same conditions will apply.
